Kerri MacDonald is a Canadian visual editor and writer known for her experimental storytelling. INSTAGRAM | Currently, Kerri is the editor of @design, an Instagram account by Instagram that publishes short profiles of designers, architects and artists in cities ranging from Mumbai to Tokyo. Each month, they highlight design in a different city, telling the stories of people who are designing for a more inclusive, sustainable world. The role calls on a range of skills Kerri has developed throughout her career, including research and production; assigning photographers and videographers; interviewing and writing; editing photos, words and video; and social strategy. THE NEW YORK TIMES | In 2015, Kerri launched @nytimes, the core Instagram account for The New York Times.
